On November 13, 2010, it will be Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito as Floyd Mayweather Jr. keeps silent about fighting Pacquiao.

Antonio Margarito is known for being caught with a loaded hand-wrap prior to a title bout with Sugar Shane Mosley last year, Margarito was suspended for a year but has now elapsed. Margarito has yet to secure a license to fight in America, and his chance to secure one rests the decision of where the fight will be held. If he is granted a license the fight will be in the US and if not, it will be in Mexico where Manny Pacquiao will be in enemy territory.
